Tasks
- Identify NCC classification (Class 1a, 1b, 2, 10a etc.)
- Check CDC eligibility against State Environmental Planning Policy
- Calculate proposed GFA / FSR against LEP maximum
- Calculate proposed height against LEP maximum
- Confirm proposed setbacks against DCP minimums
- Identify any variations required (Clause 4.6 candidates)
- Confirm minimum lot size against LEP if subdividing
- Check if Heritage Impact Statement is required
