Status notice:these are draft Lottery Terms pending issuance of our NSW Liquor & Gaming Trade-Promotion Lottery permit. Final permit number, exact draw dates, and prize specifics will be inserted before any draw opens. No draw is currently open or accepting entries.
1. The Promoter
Home Owners Club Pty Ltd (ABN TBA), an Australian company ("the Promoter"). All draws are run under permit from NSW Liquor & Gaming.
2. Permit
Each draw operates under a specific Trade-Promotion Lottery permit issued by NSW Liquor & Gaming. The permit number, opening date, closing date, and prize description are published on the relevant draw page before entries open. By entering you agree to be bound by both these general Lottery Terms and the draw-specific terms published with the permit.
3. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- You must be a resident of Australia.
- The following persons are excluded: directors, employees, contractors of the Promoter and their immediate families.
- One natural person per account. Multiple accounts per person are not permitted and any duplicate accounts may be disqualified.
4. Entry mechanics
Entries are awarded only as a benefit of paid subscription or qualifying engagement. Entries cannot be purchased separately. Standard entry rates:
- Free tier: up to 1 engagement entry per month
- Member (A$15/mo): 2 entries per month
- Member Plus (A$29/mo): 5 entries per month
- Premier (A$59/mo): 15 entries per month
- VIP (A$99/mo): 40 entries per month
- Pro Solo / Practice / Firm: 5 / 15 / 30 entries per month
- Bonus entries: +1 per per-task purchase; +5 per Standard/Complete DA Pack
5. Free entry route (no purchase necessary)
A free postal-entry route is required by NSW Trade-Promotion Lottery rules. See /postal-entry for instructions. Postal entries are equivalent in weight to one paid entry.
6. Draw + winner selection
- Draws use a Random Number Generator with a seed committed publicly before the draw closes (verifiability).
- Winning entry drawn within 7 days of closing date.
- Winner contacted by email and phone via account contact details.
- If winner cannot be reached within 14 days, redraw under the same RNG procedure.
- Winner names and general locations published at /winners.
7. Prize
- Prize description published on the relevant draw page.
- For property prizes: stamp duty, transfer duty, conveyancing costs, and title transfer fees paid by Promoter. Winner receives freehold + mortgage-free.
- Ongoing rates, insurance, utilities not covered post-transfer.
- Winner has 60 days from notification to accept transfer.
- Prize non-transferable, non-exchangeable.
8. Disqualification, Privacy, Tax, Liability
Multiple accounts, automation, fraud, false PII = disqualification. Personal information handled per our Privacy Policy. Lottery winnings generally not assessable for AU income tax (per ATO). Liability limited to maximum extent permitted by law — ACL guarantees not excluded.
9. Complaints + dispute resolution
Complaints to [email protected]. Unresolved complaints escalate to NSW Liquor & Gaming.
