Lottery Terms.

Status notice:these are draft Lottery Terms pending issuance of our NSW Liquor & Gaming Trade-Promotion Lottery permit. Final permit number, exact draw dates, and prize specifics will be inserted before any draw opens. No draw is currently open or accepting entries.

1. The Promoter

Home Owners Club Pty Ltd (ABN TBA), an Australian company ("the Promoter"). All draws are run under permit from NSW Liquor & Gaming.

2. Permit

Each draw operates under a specific Trade-Promotion Lottery permit issued by NSW Liquor & Gaming. The permit number, opening date, closing date, and prize description are published on the relevant draw page before entries open. By entering you agree to be bound by both these general Lottery Terms and the draw-specific terms published with the permit.

Entries are awarded only as a benefit of paid subscription or qualifying engagement. Entries cannot be purchased separately. Standard entry rates:

A free postal-entry route is required by NSW Trade-Promotion Lottery rules. See /postal-entry for instructions. Postal entries are equivalent in weight to one paid entry.

8. Disqualification, Privacy, Tax, Liability

Multiple accounts, automation, fraud, false PII = disqualification. Personal information handled per our Privacy Policy. Lottery winnings generally not assessable for AU income tax (per ATO). Liability limited to maximum extent permitted by law — ACL guarantees not excluded.

9. Complaints + dispute resolution

Complaints to [email protected]. Unresolved complaints escalate to NSW Liquor & Gaming.
