    Single Dwelling Residential (SD), Medium Density (MD), Central Business (CB), Service Commercial (SC), Light Industry (LI), General Industry (GI), Rural (R), Specific Use (SUZ).

  • Overlays

    Heritage, Flood, Cyclone Risk, Storm Surge, Acid Sulfate Soil, Native Vegetation.

Assessment pathways

Permitted

Use is allowed in zone — no DA if all standards met.

Discretionary (Consent)

Use requires development consent — Council or NT Planning Commission decides.

Prohibited

Cannot be approved in zone.
